hi guys! i've just gotten myself a Defy and I'm lovin it. Will there be an official 2.2 Froyo OTA update for it?

is it possible to receive alerts/notifications when someone sends me an email to my phone just like the Blackberry? my Defy only alerts me when i TAP and go into the Email widget.

eh can already. just needed to enable the notification.

3-4 days normal use? walao..mine brand new also can't even last 2 days with normal use. why ah!

does this phone have a music equalizer? i can't seem to find it anywhere in the music player

I'm rooting my defy using z4root and i've been at the "Attempting to apply root..." screen for quite some time..how long does it take using z4root? i'm using 1.1.0,
trying to overclock

Can someone please let me know if my Defy can be upgraded to 2.2 Froyo stock? cause my APflex version is : GAS_ASIA_USAJORDANRTINT15_P002 .
This APflex version is not listed on the motorola upgrade forum..does that mean i can't upgrade to 2.2?

is there Street Fighter 4 for android?

can anyone tell me how to upgrade to official 2.2 froyo? i used motorola software update and it says there are no upgrades available

guys i can't seem to root using superoneclick, it keeps showing this when i click "root"..any ideas?

i rooted my phone with superoneclick, downloaded Milestone overclock and then just set it to 1000mhz and that's it? is overclocking this simple?

hey, do u Defiers experience this;

after a call, when you press END CALL (the red button) , does it lag?
