Thanks to Coldf3ar, front page update by adding "Sim Card & Sync with Google Issue for CM7. Eclair & Froyo can read as reference also".

google only manage to sync 20 of my contact instead of 100++ why ar?

so, there is no longer issue regarding earpiece isnt it...?

i bought mine at march,i think the sound quality is better than any iphone/ipod when i use poweramp

I bought mine in early February and last week my earpiece had died.

Sent for warranty repair since it is an original Brightstar unit. They say will take at least 1 week to repair. Now I am android-less and using my ancient motorola V8. LOL... after all these years of smartphones.... it is refreshing to have a phone that just make calls & send sms only....

Earpiece died? Is it earpiece or jack slot?

I suggest not to install yet as the camera do not work as reported in xda.
I have installed it myself and confirmed the camera just show black screen.

But this could be a good base for next beta/rc of CM7.

Earpiece, as in I cannot hear the person calling me when I answered the phone. Have to use speaker phone to be able to hear they are saying. No sound at all....

erm... motorola service center? for my case (which is very similar to you), i sent back to the shop which I bought it from.

it will take time to sync due to network speed or server's response.

but u can always check and command it to sync manually
