2 problems i encountered with this umobile UMI.
first, the free call to all umobile number, seems available only AFTER the free minutes finish. Which means, lets say i have 20mins free call, when i call umobile number, the free minutes will be deducted first. second, the free minutes are deducted in 30seconds/block. Lets say i make a call of 10 seconds, it deducts 30seconds. sounds like scam. |

Umobile internet service sucks.. Everywhere i go oso slow like siput..
If i go hutan ok la if line suck pun, but i always go town or city.. Still dun have intenet.. Always GSM... |

There are times i had to travel, sometimes in terengganu, sometimes in sepang selangor..Point is, i go to city area, and still umobile does not able to cater high speed internet to these area.. Always gsm. Only for few seconds goes to H and H+.. If city area oso dun have, kampung area lagi la teruk.. But i am not complaining since its kampung area.. Maxis celcom oso not always good in those areas. |

to renew early if you already reached quota, just subscribe again the same plan by dialing *118*3*1#

1. let say *118*8# showed that account expiry is on 07/07/2014, and a credit balance of RM50, am I still able to buy the UMI or broadband plan after July 07 ( during inactive period) ?
2. anyone know where I can reload RM2 / or even RM1 for umobile prepaid ? thanks |
