Not only checking balance or top-up, I can't even send any sms or make a call. Just wtf is going on. Since Thurs afternoon, all of a sudden. Luckily managed to contact one last person to complete a transaction before the interruptions happened. If not, sigh

Can still make phone call or go online. Unless you out of credit. Btw, can check balance with SMS now to 28118.

To b honest...this system maintenance/upgrade is a PR disaster...so many of my frens complaining...

I need some help here...i just top up my prepaid to subscribe UMI 38 and found there is a problem regarding the renewal date. Is it not suppose to b valid for 30 days subscription? I subscribe today 11/5/2014 but the expiry is at 9/6/2014...here look:

Apecorp.. I just subscribe umi48 and get same renewal date with u.. I calculate the calendar with 30 days starting today and get the result of june 9.. Maybe i am wrong?

09 June is correct, except the renewal will be end of that day and not 1am as stated.

Wait..how u guys calculate is 30 days? I subscribe today on 11/5 ...shouldn't the 30days expiry fall on the 10/6 at 1 am?

use calendar to calculate. day by day to calculate. hopefully i am not wrong. this month got 31 days.

Let’s say if user currently on Unlimited Mobile Internet UMI 18 (but cannot fully utilise BB full features), so if user subscribe to BB RM34 for 2 months + 600MB plan , can user stop its UMI 18 or user need to continue UMI 18 to call/ SMS? also if the internet data plan sums up to 600MB or 850MB (600MB+250MB)

Umobile having Internet problem right now? Just bought a prepaid Sim for my mom and activated it and purchased umi28. Or maybe the problem is with Apn settings? Whatsapp is fine, but the connection is damn slow. Thanks in advance.
