most plans have auto renewal if you have sufficient credit

so if its not expired, topup via e reload now and it will auto renew when it expires

if u wan e reload service, PM me as i do sell e reload , with topup confirmation sms send back to your personal fon number

*
its Direct reload into your account

QUOTE(aeiou228 @ May 24 2012, 12:10 AM)
When asked UM Sunway pyramid, they said grace is 50 days, when asked 1800, they said 100days, when check with the tnc,it stated credit validity expiry date is the sim termination date. No grace period. Don't know which is which now.
*
its 90 days of Passive Grace Period after the Active grace period.

Active Grace period = 30 days when uou topup rm10, 90 days when you topup rm30, 150 days when u topup rm50 and 300days when you topup rm100

If its just an individual line, pay your latest bill and you are ready to port

One of the issue with UM, it love to go in roaming mode.
*
Depending on what phone you use, you can actually set it to a certain mode.........if you want good Voice Only consistency, set it to UM2G Only

Hi, thanks for your quick reply!

My current provider is Hotlink, a prepaid. My friend told me that when we port number over it must be in their postpaid (in this case, Hotlink prepaid -> UM postpaid).

So I'm wondering can change from Hotlink prepaid -> UM prepaid. And according to your reply seems like it is possible!  biggrin.gif

Okay, now just gotta find a UM customer service center.

hi guys! can someone enlighten me sweat.gif

I'm thinking of switching to umobile, if i were to mnp does it change my no from 013 to 018 while retaining the other? e.g.: 0131234567 -> 0181234567 ? *never mnp before sweat.gif*

Does the coverage for umobile good in sabah? all i know is that there are no 3g there, so the internet kinda slow? is that it? many talks about using the celcom line if there is no umobile coverage there, does the phone automatically uses celcom line or something? i really dont understand about this haha

Is it safe if i were to purchase the simpack online, directly from their website? How long does it take for it to arrive?
-post to cyberjaya/kajang-

So many questions sweat.gif sorry, kinda newb blush.gif  tried searching for other post but they baffled me more rclxub.gif please, icon_question.gif

you have to do a minimum of rm30 topup to be entitle for the 28mths active validity , but i would advice u to topup rm50 cause this would upgrade your call plan to 15cents/min to all local telcos

I just switched my phone to 2G and now i'm connected to My Maxis... i did a manual network search i'm able to get connected to MY Celcom... looks like U Mobile has started their migration to Maxis... but i only able to get hooked to Maxis 2G not 3G yet...

after a few test i found my that when i use My Maxis the internet is faster then My Celcom...
Anyone else can get connected to My Maxis 2G with their U Mobile Simcard?
*
I put my Umobile simcard into a nokia 2G fon.

Once i on it, by default it shows Celcom, however when i do a manual network search, i found Maxis,Celcom and Digi only. No U Mobile.

Then i select Maxis, after that the operator logo appear as U Mobile doh.gif
