IMO, they are not the best telco in town YET. Giving such compliment will simply make them never improve. Maybe you can say they are currently the best telco in terms of offering the best value internet prepaid package with free mins, but not yet the best telco in town.

So much more needs to be improved. No international roaming (The BEST reason to MNP to Maxis for me), MMS never worked for me (Seriously, I can't get it work or maybe there's no MMS at all?), speed only fast in certain areas (Sabah), reload channels not as much as the other telcos (will be better over time).

But I do like the freebies they give. Reload bonuses, MNP bonuses and etc.

So what you mean is, the best telco, but location dependent? Lol! That doesn't count as the best telco in town right? You should say it's the best telco e.g. in Taman Maluri / KLCC or whatever. You do know there's 13 states in Malaysia right? The best telco in town? Haha. Not in my books.

And as for international roaming I need it to send/receive miss calls/texts for emergency matters so I can call back with the local prepaid, not to call back with the U prepaid. I travel often, so I feel the impact of having no roaming. And a lot of my business partners are a generation behind. Many don't know how to use so called social messaging apps like Whatsapp & etc. So it's back to good ol' SMS.
DiGi Easy is offering free calls to 3 buddyz (True free calls 24/7) instead of the UMI, where you call another U mobile, they will deduct your free mins first and they charge like .03 per sec at night right?. As for internet,I don't know what's the price for DiGi Prepaid, but Maxis is offering 1.5GB for RM30/30 days. 4G LTE. (Better coverage and speed anywhere).
Overall I think each telco has its strength. I'm not saying that U mobile is not good at all, but simply complimenting they are the best telco in town? Typical.

Yeah, exactly, but sadly, all we get in Malaysia is 2nd tier dual sim phones. In China, they have flagship phones offering the dual sim option like the HTC One dual sim, Samsung Note 3 Dual sim & so on.
Is it? Reliable sos kicap? But I'm tied to 2 years contract already  Tamak wanted the HTC One by Maxis for RM599 Huhuhu.

get a lenovo phone lo =.= i m using quite ok
