seems all quiet here, would u guys recommend porting from maxis prepaid to umobile prepaid? i live in kl and doesnt travel much...the unlimited broadband + free calls/sms a bit tempting...

I was wondering If you top up rm30 for the plan per month, do you still need to top up additional rm10? ,

hmm.. i just activated the rm28 prepaid plan..
funny i only can receive notification on my iphone, no of my apps that need data is working

What i meant was do you need additional rm10 to increase the expiry date? Or if i top up rm30 per month, the expiry date will increase automatically? And rm10=30days? o,o?

u its RM28+10
cause u need to reload RM10 for the phone line validity of 30days
or another option reload RM30 for 90days validity

what about the coverage ? does u mobile has a wide coverage at rural area ?

i do believed its 90 days grace period..

and based on my last topup on 9 may...assuming the expiry day after relaod is 10 may..its not even a month they already terminate my line..

hope they can retain back my line and give me back my 86mins free calls and my unlimited internet + no of days wif no network...  

already called them and get report no...hope can get back my number..and 86minutes free calls n my unlimited internet....

really pissed off wif CS staff who spoke wif me just now...

 

i always ask CS name one when make complaint regardless which telco or company...easy to revert back later maaa...

Hi all,

Im new to u-mobile, just ported my digi prepaid to u-mobile postpaid with the U28 dataplan..

Used it for 2 days and the speed is really good, but the coverage is a bit weak.

It keeps showing the little R on top saying tat data roaming is required, im not sure whether the data roaming gt extra charges or not so i ignore it. But then i need to select my network operator again (UMOBILE3G) manually.

I just wanted to know can I use the data roaming (set the data roaming on my fone -> always on)? Will they charge me if i still use the data while roaming?
