Noted since 1 month ago can roam on maxis 2g network already. Base on my own network search
Umobile2g = celcom 2g (provides edge speed)
U Mobile = Maxis 2g (provides gprs speed only)

means after this we will be roaming on maxis 2g, with gprs speed only? this is sad...

Lets hope by 4th Oct when the agreement with celcom ends officially, maxis will open up its 3G services for Umobile users to roam.

Any T & C display on Umobile website?
Thanks

CS told me that UM prepaid PAYU rate is minimum 5sen per 1MB per Session. I think UM PAYU is worthy for occassional usage without voice and SMS. For rm50 credit, lite user can buy 1GB worth of data and have the flexibility of pay as you used without time limit and lumpsum package subscription.
*
5 cents per 1MB block is cheap, if u dun use much data , checking of email and whatapps dun utilise much data rite?

set your fon to Auto Roaming as a user claims that we (Umobile) can roam on Maxis 3G when out of UM3G coverage
