hello guys i need some help here i build a new rig recently

Pentium Dual Core E2200 2.2 ghz 11x core multiplier
Intel DG31PR (I know its bad mobo for OC but I got it in bundle)
1x 2gb DDR2 800 bus Ram CL5 1 module
160 gb WD HDD
1 DVD writer
power case+psu
Ati 4870 512 mb (not installed yet)

1. Now when i ran speedfan the system temps show 67'c and core 1 and 2 temps are 39 to 43'c varies. in idle? is it a good temp or is it running too hot??

2. I also ran Prime95 at 100% load for 3 hours the temps were 58 to 63'c max for the core is it good enuf? too hot or too cold??

3. I am a total noob at ocing guys. Is it true that intel dg31pr isnt oc able at all? there is a new bios whats the easiest way to update the bios?? plz tell me.

4. as it has a core multiplier of 11x so it will definately go 4 ghz from 2.2ghz but i want min 3.5 or 3.2 ghz at least plz tell me from abc and step by step how to do it??

what precautions should i take please tell me also. running xp 32 bit sp2

60C at full load?? tats normal.. quite cool d actually..

if u dint realise, the stock vcore can run quite high fsb b4 actually needed a bump.. with the stock vcore, i went up to 400mhz (400x8.5=3.40ghz) n the temperatures din even change.. the temps are the same as stock and even after overclock.. but once u bump up vcore, den will get hotter..

my room temperature is at the typical non air con malaysia temp ~30C

edited

btw, my 4 cores temp is ard 60-65C at full load using IBT.. if use prime95, much cooler..
