QUOTE(shankar_dass93 @ Jan 22 2012, 10:42 PM) I just checked the price at bb.com and its going for around RM 255 including postage( 8-20 business days) Never herd of muscleup. You bought anything from them ? I supposed to have got my myofusion from musclemania club as the guy said the new one will be up for sale by January 17. No news on it so decided to get it from bb.com. rich dude. can't understand the urgency. but again, your money. |

I mean if u r not in a hurry, y not just take the current myofusion available? After all, they r just proteins. By the time your shipment arrives from bb.com, you probably can get from local resellers here and probably even cheaper.
Currently taking ON whey and myo. |

QUOTE(shankar_dass93 @ Jan 27 2012, 11:43 PM) yup, v2.0. at least it did not make me xplode in the toilet like the earlier version. wf = white flood.QUOTE(alexooi17 @ Jan 28 2012, 10:03 AM) superpump imo, pre-wo booster is always an alternative rather than a must. i would ditch sp if i were u.scivation xtend myofusion if im having a budget problem and need to eliminate one of the supplement.which will be a wise choice ? i was thinking of xtend/myo ..because i still can get enough solid food and myo just will be a add on.. my whey isolate now already last me 6 month and still left abit.. and its my first time want to try xtend.. any opinions sifu ? |

QUOTE(gnne84 @ Feb 7 2012, 05:55 PM) hi all, fat burners imo are used to burn the easy fat part. the stubborn part u need to fix ur diet and cardio. u r not overweight and i am pretty sure u wont see much change by taking fat burner. save ur money for something else. protein and bcaa are better combo imo.wanna get supplement and fatburner to archive good body shape...sure with GYM effort smile.gif now having issue to choose the right supplement. let share how my body condition. 173cm, 73kg....normal fat on stomach need to get away.... so i looking at lipo (6x/UC/6 black) few kind which suit my case?? wat different??? and supplement, ISO 100 and super amino 4800....which one better suit my case?? got ppl giv advise take ISO 100 in ur case, you need LOW FAT LOW CARB LOW lactose to build lean muscle without gain weight and fat. take super amino 4800 I suggest taking Super amino and Lipo 6 to get the cutting 1st. Then after got cutting only go for whey to pump up the size of cutting. any good combination of supplement+fatburner also can suggest me please advise.... rclxub.gif rclxub.gif |

QUOTE(avengers88 @ Feb 8 2012, 01:44 PM) I know whey is consumed post workout and some people say first thing in the morning as well. How about 30 minutes before sleep as I read in the mass gainer box last time they ask to consume before bed. So is consuming whey protein before sleep as good? i think it's as good as flushing it down the toilet. |
