i'm not saying i know it's good or bad, i was merely puzzled by the fact that u said beer contains fat.
i have no idea what beer + protein combo can do to your body as i do not have scientific proof to that. |

whey is best consumed in the morning and post wo.
blend can b consumed anytime of the day. if u know u will have a solid meal not long after workout, best is avoid blend as it can make u feel full for hours. u guys make them sound like rules tat should b written in text books. |

if u want to b precise, don't calculate perserving as each protein blend has different amount of protein ranging from 20-25g perserving. u should calculate price per gram.
