Unifi service is shit, worse than streamyx. It's been days since I can't connect. Can't even get a person on the damn Helpline. Any idea on how to contact those shits? Tmpoint at serdang not helpful either.

does anyone know whether installation fee is waived for new subscribers? I just called the shithead TM and they told me that the waiver is over and new subscribers will be charged for 200, anyone mind to clarify this?

10 minutes ago, suddenly my connection went haywire and can't / extremely difficult to connect to International website, and I can't sign in MSN suddenly.
Local website surfing still blazingly fast though. Anyone had this problem? |

yes, like I said, connection to US is screwed.
probably other locations as well, only local sites are ok. |
