sbsetting sucks... any thing beside it

My Iphone Cydia got problem at Now...can anybody tell me how to solve it???
the problem is "error database" .....

after i JB my iphone 3G version 4.2.1. it seems like cant change wallpaper.

some of my friends say is because ipad baseband.

is there any solution?

is there anyway i can monitor what time does all my sms outgoing / incoming ?

iphone groups a few messages which are close to each other and i dont like it

noob question, if i jail break my phone and it was a success, and then ios5 comes out, i can just update it without any issues right? pending if i wana update la that is

erm i cant really understand diff btwn official unlock or software unlock. i lost my iphone 3gs bough from digi and plan stil goin on for another yr so i got no choise but to buy another one from digi shop` (not center) when i bough it it was on ios 4.2.1 (if not mistaken) and bb 6.15. i use Redsn0w to jb and Ultrasn0w to unlock`

just to confirm with gok wai expert here, Example Serial : 12345ABCDEFG is tht mean that the iphone was made on yr 03 weeks 45? like mine is XX944XXXXXX means yr 09 weeks 44 made?

I've been reading that most of you said that using tweaks such as sbsettings can cause more battery drain. This is based on your own observation, according to the developer or just agak agak saja? I know that winterboard will cause lag (but small ones) to the system response if using complicated themes and add few sec to the boot up time.

On my observation, sbsettings is not a program thats running 24/7 but only shows status of the toggle when invoke. It's just an extension to springboard and not a program by itself. Surely it will use some memory (very small amount of memory) but not to the extend of causing a battery drain right? Same as SSH last time when people said is the culprit of battery drain untill BigBoss (or was it the dev) said that SSH daemon only run when you initiates an SSH connection. If not it will go to sleep and will not use any CPU cycle or RAM or whatsoever. That's why I think that tweaks like sbsettings does not cause battery drain but running alot of application in the background, heavy mod to the system function (that always runs in the background) or heavily mod theme with live/video background MIGHT cause battery drain. But this is just my 2 cents and not the hard fact.

Guys,need some help on jailbreaking my friends Iphone 3g. Since its my first attempt on DIY jailbreak, I stumbled on a few problems.

My friends iphone 3g was on official 4.2.1 firmware with baseband 05.15.04 and using Digi as the carrier. I am not sure if his phone is carrier unlocked since I dont have a spare sim card lying around to try. He bought it from an AP seller.

Now comes the problem. I successfully jailbreak the phone using Snowbreeze v2.2.1 and rebooted to the main screen with cydia installed. Now the problem is the phone no longer detects the digi sim card even after applying Ultrasnow.The signal shows searching....searching....no signal. I was told ultrasnow it does not work on baseband 05.15.04.

In Snowbreeze, the only option I enable under expert mode was " Activate Iphone (Hacktivate)". Could the culprit be this?

The Digi sim card worked again once I revert back to unjailbroken state using itunes restore.

i jus use ip start last week..so i thought when we JB it,so that it cant use the gps..hehe..do u know any shop that can install me the gps software?tq

I just realize something not working on my 4.3.3 jailbreak on my iphone 3gs. The push notification is not working.. Anyway to fix it?
