Hi, I make payment to SSPN on 19 Aug 2020 but it is not reflected in sspn yet until now.

Anyone facing same issue?

I want to open SSPN-i for my kid. I can do it online is'nt it? or better to open it with the bank. This is what i read from the website:

Does it mean that if i open the account online, it will be more difficult? Prefer not to go to the bank in current situation.
Anyone did it online before kah?

This morning i try to register with SSPN-i at their website
After payment went through the transaction but end up no account created but my bank account was deducted by the deposit amount.
Trying to reach them but today is Sunday.
Anyone know how do we get our account number?
Will we received a confirmation email after account created right?

CS now said until further notice. At this moment cannot invest via this platform.

Anybody knows how long does it take for ssnpi investment payment via epay(grabpay) to be reflected in sspn portal? To be exact the withdrawal portal(which shows the the available balance). Im trying to reconcile what ive paid vs whats available. Does payment more than once a day actually goes through?

have the same issue since yesterday ....call up sspn customer service.It seems boost no longer available for sspn until discussion between boost and sspn resolve...unsure of the duration

How come some successful some unsuccessful...

I just received a reply for trouble shooting but I think it's pointless (see below). They did not mention anything about Boost no longer available for SSPN  though

At Boost thread, forummer also complains about Boost depositing SSPN early of the month.

razer cash is barcode type payment in 7eleven store, not the razerpay ewallet.

you just need to generate your barcode in http://www.ptptn.gov.my/molpay/index.php, then proceed to 7eleven to pay (using cash or touch n go wallet or razerpay wallet)

show them the barcode, they know what to do one... they don't even need to know it is sspn, jus tell them razer cash payment, they scan your barcode (their system autoshow the purpose and amount one), then next tell them touch n go, then they scan your touch n go wallet.... thats all...

can try with small amount first if you dont know how... by the way... credit card -> Boost is the more easier way actually... no need to pay higher charge and no need to physical walk in.

Hmmm I can't even use Boost to pay right now. First deposit for the month but can't go through.

Can you see your deposits on the SSPN portal? I did RM999 via Boost on 1 January, but not yet reflected.

I did every day from 1-3 Jan but not yet reflected. My deposit at branch yesterday also not yet reflected.

statement already updated .. our floating money has come back to ground..

Sebelum Tahun 2018 mean the account must opened before 31/12/2017 ?

HI, I deposit from boost to sspn on 22feb but still not record in sspn today (26 feb).

May I ask anyone deposit on 22feb too?

Me too. Not in SSPN also.
