I have tried to withdraw on Saturday and it was successful.


I'm not sure is there monthly maintenance or not. There was once when I tried to withdraw during SSPN account closing time, my withdrawal was rejected.
So I'm guessing maybe we can't withdraw during account closing time.

Maximum is rm30k. You need to have bank islam account in order to do this.

I believe it is set as default. I never withdraw more than RM30k in one shot before.

You must have your bank islam ATM/debit card in order to do this. I can't recall the details steps but it should be easy.
When you put in your debit card, you will see SSPN-i option, Tabung Haji, etc. Select SSPN-i and key in your account number and you should be able to link it.


No, fund transfer to own bank islam account can be more than RM1.5k. Max RM30k but I never tried before.

Fastest is the next working day. Sometimes it could take 2-3 working days to reflect. If you do it around account closing time like year, it took about more than a week to reflect.

Not yet, it's slower than normal. Not sure is it because due to the dividend thing. Guess need to wait longer.

I have called the CS, you still can call them to check your SSPN-i balance. However, those who put in feb still not yet reflect in the statement.
Don't worry, your account still exists. Just need to wait longer for the Feb transaction to get updated.

Yes, Bank Islam Basic Saving account can get debit card.

The account number is quite similar to your IC. There are 3 extra digits, 2 in front and 1 at the back.
XX[ICnumber]Y. If not mistaken, XX will be 00 if you are opening for yourself, it will be running number 01,02,etc if opening for your kids.
Since you're opening for yourself, you can try search "00[ICnumber]" at your email. If still can't find, just call PTPTN customer support to find out. No worries.

Just notice that there is option to Link and DeLink SSPN-i account option. Didn't try since already link my SSPN-i account to bank islam.

I believe it follows the 3rd partly transfer limit we set. Default is 5k and max is 50k if not mistaken.
