Ya e-pay.com.my can.. SSPN and TNB bill as well ...both boost or grabpay also can.
*
do you mean use grap pay to pay SSPN thru the e-pay.com.my portal?

so this portal will be sort of facilitating money transfers between Grabpay to SSPN?

paying sspn is considered as spend
*
so the limit is also only RM4500 per month for transfer to SSPN?
if yes, then no need daily log in to sspn and view....
1 week do RM 1500 x 3 weeks is already RM 4500

200k / 4500 PM = 44 months

If only 3 spends per month, your level is going to drop, and will greatly affect your coin earnings.

so do RM150 x 30 spends will get more coin earning instead of just 3 spend x RM1500?

hi sifu, quick question. i have an sspn account that was registered to my name while i was in college in 2008. if i deposited 8k into my account, will i be eligible for the tax relief next year? i remember reading somewhere saying that the tax relief is applicable for parents only.
*
QUOTE(Lil'Maine @ Jun 25 2020, 05:43 PM)
Found it, thanks!

when i was in college my mom brought me to open this account during ptptn application. so the pendeposit should be my mom's name rite? now it reflects my name. any idea why?

just checking...are you over 29 years old?

I mean tax saving put interest in SSPN = 30% interest on every RM i invest in. And when you compound till the kid finish high school. The no will be alot if you dont withdraw.
*
so do you mean, if you put in RM8000 into SSPN
you will get abt 25% tax saving + abt 4% (assuming 5%) dividend = abt 30% interest per annum?
and this 30% will be "compounded" calculated annually?

30+30+30+30+30+........till kids at high school?

Yes every year u get back 30% saving and u reinvest again. and again and again. But of course the tax saving u get need to reinvest as well back to SSPN or any investment that can get u 30% pa.
*
so assuming 8k x 30% is 2400
1st year you get 30% or 2400

2nd year that 8k in SSPN will gives 4% dividend thus generated 8000 x 4% = RM320
the 2400 that you "saved" last year will need to generate 2400 - 320 = 2080 on the 2nd year
to get 2400 (30% of 8k placed in SSPN), this 2400 need to generate 87% returns per year to get 2080. (2080 + 320 = 2400 (or 30% of 8k placed in SSPN)

this 87% need to generate starting on the 2nd year is not yet includes "compounded" returns.....

Yes,...I think, sspn plus will hv 2 portion
The takaful portion can be claim under insurance while the sspn portion will be under sspn tax relief
Is that correct.?
*
Parents who save in SSPN-i Plus will receive tax relief of up to RM11,000, which is broken down to up to RM8,000 for net savings in the account and up to RM3,000 for takaful contributions
