Looking at how horrible myPTPTN is, I will really miss the present site. They really need to buck up if plan to do the migration. Hopefully, the withdrawal function will be available there. Not sure if CS will know about this. wongmunkeong liked this post

Oh my, just noticed the old site is retired. I was using my mom's IC to access and withdraw using the old site while I'm using the new site. However, I withdraw from my own account using Bank Islam. Now with the new site, I don't see any withdrawal button? I know it is under maintenance now but I don't recall seeing it in the past too?
