Just wait a few days. Sometimes it can take up to 3 working days. SSPN isn't a bank so don't use one as a yardstick.

It's a very common recurring issue with paying PTPTN via Boost. You just have to try again a day later & most probably it'll be resolved by then.

What exactly are you looking for? The tax statement or account statement? Like what cybpsych mentioned, the tax statement button has yet to be made available.

If it's the account statement that you're looking for, just hit the "Lihat Terperinci" button & you'll be able to switch to previous year statements.

I actually agreed with GrumpyNooby. Too many posts asking to be spoon-fed instead of using the search button.

If one keeps repeating after the other with the same question, I think that constitutes spamming but hey, I'm not the mod so that's just my opinion.

If you check their post history in this thread (or other FBIH threads), it's easy to identify some of them as the type who don't search past posts for answers or similar questions. It's certainly understandable if they're new but hey, even a new member like GrumpyNooby know this ain't right. Sure, he might be a lurker or dupe but that's still something compared to old accounts who kept asking the same thing as others.

That's even worse, no? Serious forums are meant to have constructive posts & not spam-natured like /k/.

The fact that there are so many questions about SSPN websites here meant that they're not being user-oriented enough. Even some of my colleagues who have been making deposit for years aren't aware of the statement availability online.
