True, but changing the WB in PP could also give you chances to try out other different WB settings as well. You could get 3 different pics with different WB portraying different moods with 1 pic. That's just my opinion. I love shooting in "cloudly" WB setting as it makes all my shots warmer than normal. RAW is the way to go! Assuming if you have enough time to PP it. |

ieR: RAW, but you can get there with AWB also as I didn't go beyond 9900K G9. It looks like how I shot it with AWB anyway.
yuhi: Don't look for the exact point of focus - let's say ! is the point of focus: CODE ---------!--------- Instead, look at the area around it, the zone of approximate focus. You can identify, from looking at both ends, where the exact point of focus will be: CODE ------<<<!>>>------ Of course, you can also use the MF Assist to zoom in 14x, but that's nowhere as fast. lwliam: Nice serene shot! Though I'd crop out the bridge and perhaps try on another day if the sun is more to the right. |

Though I'd crop out the bridge and perhaps try on another day if the sun is more to the right. haha, as for the bridge, errr.. what bridge? if u meant 1st pic.. then... if i moved more to the left to remove the chalets far behind, then the shelters would overlap one another, resulting in no separation (which in this case, the 4th shelter is already merged into the 3rd). Moving further right on the other hand would show the 4th shelter, but there would be more chalets in the shot. lol, but if u were refering to the 2nd pic, then unless im using photoshop removal, then there's no way the bridge in the shot can be removed as i was already standing on the swimming pool's edge. no other higher or lower perspective i can move to. |
