any know where can find asus gtx760 or 970 mini?
*
Hi nak191993,

For the STRIKER-GTX760-P-4GD5 or GTX760-DC2OC-2GD5, you can get it from Low Yat Plaza if you are in KL and Digital Mall if you are in PJ.

As for the GTX970 mini, I will need to double check whether we going to be selling it or not.

Thank you

Hi Michael_Lee,

Below is some information of the card, as long as the power supply meet the requirement then you should be able to use it.

Hi ASUSmy

Would like to know where I can get the ASUS GR8 and if the HDMI port supports digital audio pass through.

Thanks
*
Hi ynchan,

If you mean a monitor that has speaker able to produce sound with HDMI connected, yes, it able to support.

If no, can you elaborate more on what you want to do with the HDMI.

Yes, as in connecting the GR8 to an AV receiver to send both video and audio via the same HDMI cable without having to mess around with a separate SPDIF cable
*
Hi ynchan,

If connecting it to TV, it will have both video and sound, but not sure about AV receiver as there are many kind out there.

I have my asus T100 keyboard/hdd dock sent for warranty for more than a month. (i think 2 months now), but still no news.

Item was bought from SenQ Kuching.

I have office data inside the hdd. I need to access the data in it. It's been months of waiting...and I've lost everything by sending the item for warranty.
I'm extremely disappointed.

Is it because of no spare parts for the T100 dock? If this is the case, I think Asus should give me a replacement laptop with the same value.

Could you please check for me? I doubt there are many Asus T100 sent for warranty from Kuching.
*
Hi Skylinestar,

Do you mind provide me your T100 serial number? I will help pass the case to the related department to help you check. Do provide your name and contact number also. You can PM to me these information.

Thank you

Hi rioven,

For motherboard and networking, you will need to send back to place you bought for warranty claim.

Hi terrytay2009,

These 2 design are almost the same but for the USB-AC56, you are able to add extra antenna for better reception.

Hi Asusguy,

I installed the latest version from asus homepage. which is Version 1.08.01, with the link here http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/misc/util...-8-1_V10801.zip

My OS is Windows 8.1 pro, and my motherboard is H97 Pro Gamer
*
Hi Puteih,

May I know where do you get the speed test from? Try http://www.speedtest.net/ to do the testing.

If you are running the GameFirst on your PC, it will lower the bandwidth of some of the program. You can refer it at

Right on the icon of GameFirst at the notification bar and then Option->Setting.

Thank you

I've done my speedtest at the same url you gave me. I got <1mb for download, and 2mb for upload. Also my ping is around 400+
*
Hi Puteih,

If you off the GameFirst software, what is the speed that you get? And 400+ is very high ping.

Remember to test on the same server at www.speedtest.net.

Thank you

Hi mightwil,

Currently we are selling motherboard with the CPU socket 1150, 1155 and 2011-V3 in the market now. You can try ask the dealer at Low Yat Plaza or Imbi Plaza whether they still have older socket motherboard.

I am going to buy ASUS H81M-K motherboard. Since it is an old board, the bios preloaded in it will definitely be an old version.

I will pair it with Intel Pentium G3258 CPU. I'm sure the motherboard will need a BIOS update to support this new CPU.

Is it possible to do BIOS update by using this new CPU straight away? Or do I have to install an older supported CPU, flash the BIOS, then install the new CPU?

Please advise.
*
Hi Skylinestar,

New version of H81M-K motherboard are able to support the new 4th generation processor. In the event the BIOS is an older version than 0805, you will need to have an older generation of processor in order for you to update the BIOS.

How do I check the BIOS version before I even manage to power it up? Is there a sticker on the board? Is there a production date sticker?
*
Hi Skylinestar,

You can refer to the image below, at the motherboard, mostly at the top for H81 board, you will see a sticker like that. The last block of number will be the BIOS version.

Thank you

Hi ASUS,

I'm using ASUS modem router DSL-N12E_C1.

How do I stop this screen from appearing when my connection is disconnected halfway when loading webpages?
Because in my old modem (non-ASUS), it will just display a 'Error in Connection' but it's still a Google Chrome page, whereby the URL of the page I'm browsing is still there, so I can refresh the page when the connection is back on.

However, now whenever my internet get disconnected, this page is forcefully placed in ANY browser and the URL is changed to the modem's gateway IP, refreshing the page won't bring back the page I was about to load.
This is a problem as I tend to open a lot of new tabs and I can't recall what are the tabs opened.
*
Hi BlackWoods,

You can go to Administator->System->Enable WAN down browser redirect notice->select No.

This will disable the ASUS page from showing up when there is no Internet Connection.

For future networking supported needed, you can post at the below link.

Thank you

My zenfone went dead after i take lots of pictures.

Firstly, it goes unsaved when i take screenshots, then i thought it was some kind of glitch, so i tried restart the device, end up it won't boot up after that. I recall it have 30% of battery life before i press ' restart '.

Thinking it was some kind of miraculous way of losing battery, i charged it for 1 hour but it won't still boot up.

what's happend?
