Ram : 16Gb G.SKILL Trident Z DDR4 3200
Bios : Ver. 1202
Asus AI Suite 3 : V10128
Hardisk : Samsung Evo 256Gb

Problem Facing :-
After shutdown pc enter power saving mode. The monitor shutdown but the cpu and the fan still running.

dear asusmy, i have router rtn10u, now it has intermittent dc with my wireless device i.e Samsung S4, ipad and iphone. previously i claim warranty before due to wireless can no longer connect after few month usage. now the new router its getting very annoying with frequent dc esp all those wireless device streaming, and for connected device the internet will lag or page dc. is this router failling? this router i am using as repeater. pass few month never has this issue. only this recently. thanks

To anyone with a an Asus Z97- Pro Gamer and running with win8.1. Remember do not ever flash your BIOS to version 2106.

What will happen??

1. Random blue screen concerning DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL  XHCI.sys
Since Win8.1 already has native USB 3.0 support, you cannot update the USB driver for it.

2. Auto Restart when low CPU load, example : watching online stream drama requiring flash plugins. However, when gaming it is okay.

Please flash to BIOS version 2107 if you have symptoms like above.

in all reviews they can increase the voltage to 87mV. however my card can only go up to 50mV.
my bios is 84.00.36.00.81.
"87mV" bios is 84.00.36.00.2B

I bought Asus Z170-k motherboard on early January this year.

At first it work perfectly with Kingston 8Gb DDR4 PC2133 RAM.

The problem actually happened after I decided to add another 8Gb RAM to it.

So, I bought another Kingston 8Gb DDR4 PC2133 RAM and try to install into it.

The motherboard unable to boot up after I install the second RAM with the recommended slots in quick guide  which is A2 & B2.

After tried few times, it get to boot up if I install 2 RAM on A1 & A2 slot which will run in single channel.

Does it have a way to run in dual-channel mode on Asus Z170-k motherboard with 2 8Gb Kingston DDR4 PC2133 RAMs?

I tried slot A1 & B1 or A2 & B2 but both unable to boot up. (Can't even see BIOS screen)

It only work fine if installed in slot A1 & A2.

Currently with BIOS 0410. Tried with BIOS 0601 but failed to boot. Motherboard PCB: REV 1.04.

Hopefully can find a way to boot in dual-channel memory mode.

using z97 gryphon now, i would like to know how can i troubleshoot slow POST booting?
it takes around 1min-2min to get into bios or window logo.
its like checking a bunch of things before getting into it 

things i tried - disconnect all USB except mouse and KB.
will try to disconnect all HDD except the main drive.

other than the above 2, what other things i still can try or configure?
- POST loading delay = 0
- Fast boot - ON
- UEFI Boot atm.

already running on the latest bios.
will check on the POST state LED tonight. didn't knew its POST state is shown light this instead of code like hero vi 

update1: the POST state LED light last stopped is at HDD area.
              - unplug all HDD except the Main drive at Sata1 slot - POST loading time - still the same.
