Where did you send your laptop?
To the shop or to the official ASUS service center at Lowyat?

Hi Michaelbyz23,

Below link show the list of partners that can work with ASUS aura software for LED light synchronization.

https://www.asus.com/campaign/aura/us/Partn...promotions.html

But unfortunately the motherboard that you mention A320M-K don't have AURA sync supported. And GSkill software are unable to control our motherboard lighting.

Thank you

Thanks.. I went to try on Gskill and Tforce nighthawk.. unfortunately both software cannot detect their ram sticks.
Gskill can only clock up to 2400mhz, above will cause pc unable to boot.
Tforce can clock up to 2933 stable.

May I know what are your RAM models specifically?
You need to check whether your RAM kits are listed in the QVL: http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/Socket...8981.1515582168

Hi noos,

8th generation CPU only workable on 300 series Intel motherboard. Unable to use the new CPU on older series of motherboard.

Hi @ASUSmy

I was recently told by a shop owner that if you buy graphic cards with the purpose of mining, there isn't any warranty available or even if there was, it's only 6 months? and particularly for founders edition, the warranty is only 1 year instead of 3 years? is this true?

Hi x-1o8-x,

Yes, it is true from our side as it is an order from our HQ. Warranty 6 months for the graphic cards used for mining.

I believe other brands will going have this policy soon.

Thank you
