Hi,
I bought ASUS ROG STRIX Z370-F last week and I have registered for the 3+1 warranty, but it's already been a week and I still have not gotten any SMS or email. Do they normally take 2 weeks for verification or is it slower than usual in this case? |

Hi @ASUSmy
I was recently told by a shop owner that if you buy graphic cards with the purpose of mining, there isn't any warranty available or even if there was, it's only 6 months? and particularly for founders edition, the warranty is only 1 year instead of 3 years? is this true? |

QUOTE(ASUSmy @ Feb 5 2018, 09:05 AM) Hi x-1o8-x, Wow, now I wonder if Asus cards can be considered reliable or not after this news..Yes, it is true from our side as it is an order from our HQ. Warranty 6 months for the graphic cards used for mining. I believe other brands will going have this policy soon. Thank you |
