Is there any customized version of the Oxygen rom that allows 720p video recording? I'm planning to swap back to that from CM7 due to better performance and battery life in Oxygen, but I do use 720p videos.

QUOTE(weretiger @ May 4 2011, 10:05 AM) - UC/OC might cause problem... - kernel used..... - Mobo's fault issue on Desire, overheated will cause reboot. I came across an article stated that surfing in 3g will most likely cause reboot., esp in low coverage areas. coz constantly changing from H -> E ->H will cause you phone lagi hot.... Well, i changed the mboard @ SIS and everything fine now.... QUOTE(ShinnKQ @ May 4 2011, 10:15 AM) It is indeed a known issue by many users worldwide that our phone's motherboard cannot tahan high temperatures. I monitor my phone and my iPod temperatures very carefully o.o The period when my phone was at it's hottest was during tinkering of 2-3 roms. (Nandroiding-Flashing-Restore Backup[PROBLEM!]-Wasted 20 mins fiddling trying to find a solution-Fixed-Dropped temperature) The temperature was 38 degrees [Offset-1] in an AC 19~20 degrees room. It didn't cause any reboots so far And weretiger was right, the UV/OC kernels may be giving issue - can't sustain high temperature as the Stock ROM does. Where do you claim your warranty? I bought from Maxis but the warranty is under SIS |

They will keep developing until they switch, of course.
A few ROMs died because of that. And those having multiple phones then slower update of course. I'm sure some will stay. CM supporting many phones for awhile. MIUI is also becoming that way too. Don't worry This post has been edited by ShinnKQ: May 4 2011, 01:04 PM |

Wanna feel the 2.3 with Sense on my Beloved HTC Desire. not like other brand that they will not invest software upgraded development for old model which is no direct profit for them, e.g se good for stock user. |

MIUI Gingerbread still don't have FM radio yet, I guess the developer still fix it....if you like radio, other suggestion is online radio through internet are ok. search in market else gonna back to MIUI Froyo. |
