I tried before too and it failed.
Have u tried with connectify / Virtual Router Manager?

Wow.. i thought it's quite impossible to brick the phone.

1st download pushfiles_windows.zip,
Jz google for "pushfiles_windows.zip" u'll get alot of downloads.

Partition Your SD Card
a. Turn on your phone while holding the volume down button.
b. You will see HBOOT on the screen.
c. Use the volume buttons to move up and down and power button to select the RECOVERY option.
d. You will now see a red triangle on the screen, at this point plug your phone into your PC via your microUSB cable.
e. Double click on recovery-windows.bat inside the pushfiles_windows.zip folder you unzipped as part of the root process.
f. Using the optical trackpad select Partition sdcard > Partition SD
g. Select SWAP=0, EXT2=512 and allow the rest to be FAT32.
h. Select the SD:ext2 to ext3 option in this menu.
i. Go back to the Recovery Console main menu and select Reboot system now. While rebooting, unplug the Desire from the USB port.
j. And thats it! You now have a rooted Desire with apps2sd. Get in!

For me, it's like a "dual state" ... kinda annoying .. but i dont know about others.

But then i just ignore that, focus on the pushed recovery.
And finish the partition job.

I'm currently using sunglobal 1850 battery and the stock battery interchanging ..
To be honest, The sunglobal 1 starting when i use is quite tahan ..
but then after a period then , it started to get drained soooo fast.. I felt that my stock battery are more stable than the sunglobal 1..
What i mean stable is the stock battery draining rate are slower..

Hey guys, when i wanted to sync over the wifi , i have to sync the apps individually .. weather / pulse / contact & calender.
Is there anyway to organize these ?

Or anyway to set : Sync several apps with 1 tap ?

How is your phone's wifi problem ?
For mine, i sometimes connect to certain wifi, but cannot surf internet.
But my fren's phone can surf happily.

I still figuring out what's the hell going on..
