Ok since I need to pay for the gst, may I know whether DA is widely acceptable for installment plan? Any idea whether can I ask for an upgrade to cimb card? Not DA?

Dear Valued Customers,

We wish to inform you that CIMB Bank will be conducting a live testing on its Credit Card's System on Sunday, 9 December 2012, from 1.00 am to 8.00 am. As a result, we expect a credit card service disruption at participating merchants, CIMB Bank branches and Electronic Banking Centres nationwide, as well as its online banking channel during these hours.

Let us assure you that this is a routine service maintenance that is implemented to guarantee the best level of service is delivered to our customers at all times. We endeavour that this exercise will not impact on our services during normal hours of operations.

Should you have any inquiries, please contact our Group Cards & Personal Financing Division Call Center 03-62047788.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Thank you for banking with us.

I think cimb cc no longer having installment plan. Just called them. Think so I will cancel my cimb cc as I feel the cc is pretty useless without any installment plan.
