exactly! i m now considering E120 vs all other e-350 AMD APU... since she wont play game. which one is better in term of CPU performance? i hope it's sufficient to run Visual Studio!!!!

According to Passmark, the E-350 score 730 while i3 2357M score 1621....

wow! so much difference even thought i3 only running at 1.3ghz!

in this case (where non-gaming, student, girl), will you recommend ThinkPad Edge E120 for her???

It's the architecture, not the clock speed that really matters.

err... in your opinion can i3-2357M (thinkpad edge e120) run Visual Studio efficiently?
