@tan ji: typo, the i3 version of V131 CPU is i3-2330M
this look like a unit to consider! it'd be either 3830tg, Inspiron 13z or V131! |

QUOTE(lee_what2004 @ Aug 12 2011, 09:55 AM) V131! With 3 of my closest friends in this forum recommending Vostro, it cant be wrong! So, +3 for Vostro!but wait since its just up, the config usually still minimal at least the V131 6-cell capacity is close to 3830TG... About the battery, this is from the website: "replaceable 6-cell battery with up to 9-1/2 hours2 of battery life. All the while, the Intel® Hyperbaric Cooling technology can help keep your system cool and quiet." Seem like removable??? What da heck is Hyperbaric cooling? |

QUOTE(lee_what2004 @ Aug 12 2011, 10:14 AM) Dell's Vostro V130 is one of the first laptops to incorporate Intel's Hyperbaric cooling technology, which uses an internal fan that draws air into the laptop to keep it from overheating. With most existing designs, the internal fans are used to push hot air out. seem like they put in a bit extra effort in the cooling. OK, i've decided on Vostro! thank you guys!!!!now... i3 or i5? i3 is the newer i3 2330! not the old 2310... bump up 100 mhz... =.= but i5 is the same i5 2410... difference is rm160 only =.= |
