After a gazillion crashes, "Send Error Report" by the innocent and pitiful users - THEN, ONLY THEN , voila!
You have a good Internet Explorah 9.
And maybe by then MS came out with IE15.

You need to remember even though HP & COMPAQ is 1 company, HP = high end, Compaq = low end. Which is sad as Compaq was my 1st computer i had. But it was crap anyway.
