The problem should be fix by now. Just look for the Asus laptop which has the blue sticker that says New Revision, Certified Design (for SB laptops) then it means its fix

RAM doesn't affect boot time. Your HDD is the deciding factor.
*
So if we switch to SSD, our window scores will increase as well as our boot time nod.gif
Plan to get an SSD but i am not sure if it is the righ time for it
SSD is sure expensive
hmm i was hoping to discover how to install SSD into N53SN.

here you go,
Attached Image Attached Image

and i also follow cowithgun guide

to speed up your boot time, you have to try Windows Performance Toolkit. Should make your boot time to be under 30 seconds!

1. Download and install WPT: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/performance/cc752957
2. Follow instructions from sarf2k4 (at the bottom): http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1606856/+1940#entry40319554

You may think of Seagate Momentus XT, it's consider SSD mix with HDD, heard quite a lot of positive reviews about this hard disk, you may have a try, some more it's 500GB version which priced @ RM400+-.

Btw, i think aspire series with dolby home theater have a good speaker too as i'm using my cousin one since my 5750G has been returned for swapping~
Try compare to 5750G speaker and give review about it to other forumers~(poison, poison~ brows.gif)
