u confirm got set maximum resolution? usually this case is dint set to maximise

Added on March 29, 2011, 11:36 pm

how come when do back up, recover half way then got

backup the hidden partition to make the recovery dvd. has stopped working

A problem caused the programe to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available?

ohh that WarCraft 3 problem thingy. That you must do some tweakings with the program. I forgot how d but you must open one of the files/notepad and change the resolution from there and not in-game option

Its nothing got to do with Nvidia. Its the game itself. Like I said, you have to do some tweakings with WarCraft 3 and not in-game option or Nvidia. You have to change the script of one of the files located in the WarCraft 3 directory

i remember it has something to do with registry editor 1. go google it, have to set your max reso in the registry file

Added on March 30, 2011, 3:37 pmSTART > run > regedit

While in the Windows Registry Editor (regedit), locate:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Blizzard Entertainment > Warcraft III > Video

Make below change in decimal format:
(Right click > Change > select "decimal" > fill in new value)
resheight = 1366
reswidth = 768

i not sure about Nvidia, but as ATI, after i set it ,ithose old game cant surport wide screen can fit the screen nicely
even though y nvidia contorl panel so less option

Added on March 30, 2011, 4:10 pm@Trance4eva
i dint blame Nvidia driver make the game like this and i know not the driver nor gc make the game like this
but the driver able to stretch and fit it on the screen, even if the aspect ratio not the same, since old gme not using wide screen aspect ratio

RAM doesn't affect boot time. Your HDD is the deciding factor.
