What do u think if slot 1 & 2 is 2 gb 2gb , then slot 3 & 4 i put 4gb 4gb to a total of 12GB ram with 2 dual channel ... good ?>? hhahaha

wow core i7 proc can get pretty warm :s Now it's at 74degrees. Just surfing. Cooled with U2 summore.

I don't know why you need so much of RAM? Even 4GB is overkill.

That....is seriously not normal. I nvr reach above 60C during web browsing + Winamp, unless my AV is scanning

Wow, normal surfing goes up to 74 degree is quite weird, it's consider overheat.

I need to do 3D rendering , 3D max , AutoCad , VMWare with Linux ubuntu and win xp both boot on .. Thats why u know 4GB is surely not enoyugh for me !! xD

12 GB , default 4gb plus i add on another 8gb ^^

Yea i know , i just wan my system to be fast and capable of doing multiple tasks ^^

consider to buy this laptop. but still choosing dunno whether is XPS 15 i7 or N53SN i7 series.
When i saw few post the mention so many problem of this laptop.. scary....
which 1 do you guys think its better?
I am use for 3dmax rendering.
Hope can get more fast the speed and the 4gb ram izzit not enough for me?
how much i need to upgrade if possible?
