is a single nirox sufficient for a swifttech dual fan rad, apogee block, and swiftech high flow reservoir??? my temp seems weird ler, opteron 144 wif 1.375 vcore, idle 37c max load 44c at default clock.... tubings = 1/2"ID

hi there, can anyone recommend me a coolant??? cause i currently using distilled water, but it seems i busy wif my university assignments and tests, so i plan to use some long lasting coolants which can use few months without maintanance...any reccomend??? thermaltake uv coolant or the cooler master one ok??? or i go for swiftech hydrx???

Hi everyone, its been a long time since I last post here.
I've remove my loop a few weeks back when my temps are pretty bad.
50deg c idle on a newcastle core athlon 64

After opening up the loop
I've found that my heatcore is very dusty, and my pump, a D5 have some residual brown colour stuff on the pump wheel along the housing.
The most worrying thing now is that the water block base plate, the storm, is oxidize ........see the picture below


Should I just submerged it in white vineger and brush it to clean?

but distilled water need to change every few months rite??? i quite confused, but coolant does prevent corrosion, oxidixation rite?

bro and all, a pump is like an investment, do invest wisely, if thinking of a long term low risk portfolio, get the D5 full stop.  For a short term high risk tenure, the ayam brand will do.... and -sigh- i haven't got the chance to fix my BI GT yet.. aiyaaaaaa...... demmit.

Which one you're talking? The Nirox? That's only worth using with low restriction blocks like the Apogee and Maze 4. For more restrictive blocks, I use the Cyber Aqua (about RM70/= a pop) but you'd need to find the brass barbs on your own. Pretty hard to find these over here. The Cyber awqua's rating is 3m HMax and QMax 2650 lph
