juz get my wc on my e2140 oc'ed to 3.0ghz using 1.45vcore, idle temp 27-30c load temp 48c-51c, guess bad mountings or is this normal? lazy to remount the block, but the temp looks quite ok for me, readings taken using core temp... hehe using apogee gt block here with d4 and mcr220-qp on same loop...
*
I think there is nothing wrong with that.. I think most of those low end proc is hotter. Haha.. My celeron 420 recorded 40'C Idle under my WC and aircond. While my E8400 idle is around 22'C only.

same here, waiting 10feet of my 7/16ID masterkleer from bombman's bulk, i think monday or tuesday shall reach his hand d...

Sometime dont you feel abit stupid... Waiting for more than 6 months. I certainly felt that.... Luckily I only ordered few fan grills from him. Sigh...

eh the tubing hardware shop don have ah?... need to bulk..? I saw some of the tubing in hardware shop like ace hardware selling imported ones...
*
Of course those hardware shop sell tubing.. Just not that too suitable... It is either too soft or too stiff for WC setup. Moreover, those common tubing that used in WC (Clearflex and so on) not available locally unless you looking for those high end tubing @ Tygon smile.gif. The nearest you can get it from uglyvamp @ SG

yeah they do and quite a few of us are using it since it's cheap (It's vinyl based tubes actually). Besides that if you can find shops specializing in tubing for machinery you can even find oil tubes with embedded steel coils which would definitely prevent kinking
*
But those steel coils dont really look nice and abit too stiff in my opinion. Hard to bend.

been gone to acehardware at ikano power there few times, only saw those hard tubings, planning to find soft tubings such as clearflex or masterkleer type. nvr saw them in acehardware, anyone know tubing specialized shops? mayb we can get cheap oil tubings there, no need spent a lot on those clearflex...
*
I am using Clearflex now... I think it is quite stiff and not really worth that price... Better go for masterkleer..

Thermochill is possible but it's really very expensive. We're paying almost double compared to a normal radiator unit biggrin.gif
*
but it is worth every cents you spent.. hehe.. you will see the difference when u installed multiple blocks in a loop.

if your casing the space and low in budget, you can always go for 2 x triple swiftech radiator. With that, its will beat PA120.3.
