Interesting result to share...
Fuzion v2 vs Apogee XT. Note that this is an full of error result, Fuzion setup was with DD CPX-Pro Pump + BitsPower Reservoir + 7/16ID" tubings XT setup with XSPC Reservoir Top + MCP355 + 3/8" ID tubings. Ambient error around 1-2c, non aircond, guess ambient cannot run too far since i have no aircond and are in indoor location. ![]() The result with D-tek Fuzion v2 ![]() The result with Apogee XT This is just a rough comparison based on screenshots i owned, not an experiment purposely to take the readings. Radiator setup were the same, both on Single 120mm Syscooling Copper Radiator on my very light and small WC setup. This post has been edited by lichyetan: Dec 20 2009, 03:43 PM |

QUOTE(owikh84 @ Dec 20 2009, 03:33 PM) Currently I'm building this mid end kit: zzz... mid end? sure sure » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « 499.40 x 3.44 = RM1.7k. Still looking for 45/90 compression barbs. By the way, just for anyone who owns CM ATCS840 or someone whom u can tell to.. The HDD cage actually couldn't hold a dual rad. As the height of the dual radiator exceeds the height of 2x 120mm fan. coolermaster didn't allow enough space to place a dual rad at the side of the HDD cage. My swiftech dual rad fitted (barely), coz I forced it in REAL REAL HARD. but it was totally impossible with feser dual rad due to its extra height » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Based from my trial and errors, the side of the HDD cage of ATCS840 is better suited for single radiator This post has been edited by metsatsu: Dec 20 2009, 03:59 PM |

QUOTE(owikh84 @ Dec 20 2009, 03:33 PM) Currently I'm building this mid end kit: The exchange rate is 3.5 now ![]() 499.40 x 3.44 = RM1.7k. Still looking for 45/90 compression barbs. 1. You'll get EK250 instead of Bitspower Z Water Tank 2. Standard MCP-655 pump (if you want to mod yourself: http://forums.pureoverclock.com/showthread.php?p=35299) Plus, I'll throw in a 5% discount so that's RM1895 - 5% = RM1800. All in all, it's even cheaper or more/less the same with Sidewinder but with advantage: 1. You don't have to wait 2-3 weeks shipping without proper tracking Water cooling is fun especially when it's affordable This post has been edited by clawhammer: Dec 20 2009, 04:54 PM |

QUOTE(metsatsu @ Dec 20 2009, 05:15 PM) Omfg, epic mistake!! Yea, the inlet for XT is the one with rotatable plate Thx for pointing it out. This is the consequence of not doing enough reading... Shit now i will have to remount the wb again... Hope i still have enough tube left Let us know if you need extra tube. I am sure someone here can help. Added on December 20, 2009, 11:10 pm » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Still haven't include 45 and 90 degrees rotaries. Say if he needs 4 of these... then it means he needs another 4 compression fittings The joy of water cooling cosmetics. He would need a GPU block though. CPU cooling only would be less challenging This post has been edited by tesla_rage: Dec 20 2009, 11:10 PM |

Yup but it's more or less the same as rotaries are being sold at a very expensive price even at cost from Bitspower

Managed to change the inlet/outlet by rotating the wb + tube rerouting. The end results were 1c drop in all cores, swollen fingers, messy room and a sore back. Will upload some screenies tonight
