bro, that's why i told, if u not a gambler, don't do that. anyway, why not u play baccarat with commission? if open player no commission, open banker u lose 5% as commission on that stake only.

got 2 counter only attend this which are counter inside IR and first world mezzanine floor (non-smoking zone). i know u may wonder whether got 5% cash advance charges, the answer is NO, because this is retail transaction. same as u purchase something at KLCC. For some big punter, u purchase will get discount somemore, eg. u pay 95 to get 100 chips. but of course, i share this to those who did gamble at genting 1 la, using amex to buy chip better than use cash right? u use cash play u lose then u lose the cash and gain nothing, but if u put the cash to amex and use amex purchase, if u lose, u lose the cash but u gain the point + cashback (if u haven't hit RM50 cap). if u not gambler u just skip this.
the counter at first world mezzanine floor staff told me they will charge 1.45% + the bank charges if u are using amex. got another maybank exchange counter which charge 5%.

Yes, on the spot. just tell them walk-in. the 1.45% charges affirm to me that u're doing cash advance over genting cashier. premium programme is retail transaction, i had done like N times liao. see the drill.

Added on June 27, 2011, 7:33 amno min. and max. as i said b4. low and shoulder season is 3k, peak season is 6k. saturday purchase is 6k, the day b4 holiday also is 6k. the rest of the day is 3k. walk-in normally don't have room given to u, is subject to availability. normally genting full house de everyday. if u want room, better call and book. normally i walk-in take chip only. after play then ciao. u still get the buffet meal anyway.

Added on June 27, 2011, 7:39 amthis is the good way of using cc over cash (of course need self-control). don't ever use the credit while u have no cash to play. normally after the transaction i will bank in the cash into it if u see my drill closely.

time, you are really an expert! I respect you. Before your explanation, I always thought that purchasing chips at casino is considered cash advance. You shared with us how to turn chips purchase into retail transaction.
