QUOTE(kei18kun @ May 1 2011, 07:19 PM) nice rite, when getting so much points. for me its when i reload digi RM500 at tesco, get 2500 mbb points, RM25 rebate, 280 tesco points Yes, super nice. Added on May 1, 2011, 7:30 pmanother thing is its not advisable to buy at Giant since i find the prices there more expensive than Tesco or Carrefour. Econsave the cheapest for me. Unless there is some special discount. Get to PWP 5kg rice at RM3.29 when I reload HP at Tesco. Grab 5 pack immediately. Great job on Tesco staff at Kajang since they recommended me the deal! Fantastic and thanks Yes, I know Giant's price isn't competitive as the other hypermarket stores but that's the only hypermarket in PD. At the moment, PD only has Giant, The Store and Billion. Small place. At least when I go back KL, I have more places to use my AMEX. Can't wait! |

Guys, to use AMEX in Viewnet or The Hub will have extra surcharge?
I know ALL IT doesn't have because I bought my speaker from there and used my CIMB DA to swipe last time, no extra surcharge. Am I right? The reason is I'm buying a new laptop and my friend has gone to do survey for me and I'm not sure if he asked it properly, he told me Viewnet doesn't accept AMEX? I'll talk to my friend again later and get an update but I see from first post, it indicates that both Viewnet and The Hub accepts AMEX? I wanna buy it during one of the weekends and enjoy 5% discount with more than 10000 TP. |

LOL. just kidding.. Eh, my parents seldom buy me stuffs, most of my stuffs are self-paid but this time they agreed to get me a laptop. |

QUOTE(chemistry @ May 7 2011, 09:51 PM) poor reason, LAZY. Well, as simple as that I'm not going out tonight. If nobody replies you, will you not go out yumcha at Starbucks? Until someone replies you, then only you make decision whether want to go or not. Am I right? It could be tomorrow or next weekend. Until then if still nobody replies, I'll definitely check it out. Anyway, it isn't really important though. Just that the weather is hot now that I am imagining ice blended. |

Does anybody have experience buying Dell stuffs via online?
If I were to buy a laptop tomorrow, will it be reflected as "weekend" or it takes sometimes for it to take effect? Thank you. |

QUOTE(chemistry @ May 8 2011, 08:41 AM) In the first post it said 'Online merchant (local) : Yeah, not installment. Dell (not for installment)' Ignore this reminder if you're not going for installment. As long as Dell charge the bill to you on a Saturday, its transaction date will be that Saturday. Posting date isn't important. How to know when will Dell charge me? Sorry, if my question sounds too stupid. QUOTE(blahbleh @ May 8 2011, 08:57 AM) Hi fruitie, Hi, I've been surveying around for my laptop these few days and so far only Dell Vostro 3350 fulfills my requirements, so I have no choice but to order online. HP Store in Midvalley accepts AMEX, bought my laptop there. Maybe you can hover around Midvalley area and ask around the IT shops over there whether they accept AMEX or not. BTW, SS2 Starbucks CONFIRMS can use get one beverage if you pay with AMEX, been there couple of times Yeah man, thanks a lot for the Starbucks info! QUOTE(chemistry @ May 11 2011, 12:43 AM) How cheap is it? Well, different people have different purchasing power. When you say 'cheap', do you mean 'current price is lower than previously', or 'the price justifies the food value'? for Pizza Hut, even though its price cut to half, I still think it's damn too expensive. To me, the Starbucks is considered cheap. |

Went to Chicken Rice Shop in KL Sentral, not sure if it was the foreign worker didn't know how to operate the CC terminal or AMEX is not accepted there.
After trying for 3 minutes and still can't get it through, I paid via cash. |
