Hi there, I’m newbie on getting 2 sink 1 for wet, 1 for dry kitchen. The width & length is flexible as my house under renovation. The wet one I’m trying to get 2 bowl & the dry getting 1 bowl will do.
Any recommendations?
Is VEMZ & Rubine brands ok?

Thanks.

Hi. I'm getting sink and tap for my kitchen.
Currently building kitchen cabinet, so planning to get double sink and tap.

Any shop recommendation around kl-putrajaya?

Is it possible to get a reliable sink plus tap with budget ~rm500?

My cabinet guy suggest to install separate tap for each sink instead of single tap which split into 2.. šŸ¤”

from a user after spending so much in designing my kitchen, my advice to you
1. never go for double bowl, buy a large single bowl
2. dont go for fix faucet, 1 or 2 tap is also not efficient when it comes to cleaning the sink edge; and it looks ugly.. go for those pull out tap...

I'd like to add on what you said also...undermount type if possible. If sink countertops could be designed such that at the perimeter slope slightly downwards into the sink from the backsplash it would be an added plus. Self draining.

I didnt buy the pull out tap, but something like that where the neck is movable. Or is it called pull out tap as well? šŸ˜… And another 1 is fix one.. 2 separate tap instead of 1 double twin tap..

Why large single bowl is recommended over double bowl? Already bought a double bowl sink.. huhu

Nope, that's not pull out tap

Single bowl can fit in all the large pot etc. the divider in the double bowl restrict this flexibility.

I wanted to buy the pull out tap initially, but too expensive. But i guess the type i bought serves the same purpose like pull out tap eventhough pull out tap can cover more area in the sink as it is longer and more flexible..

As for the sink, the thing about fitting large pots in the sink didnt come across my mind, that's why i bought double bowl.. huhu

I personally prefer Haustern Germany kitchen sink and faucet. Mainly is becos the product design, and detail are doing well.
Current promotion -25% until Dec2017.

Malaysia undermount style is not really mounting the sink under of the table top.

The granite sink is installed resting on your cabinet and then the top is installed above it. The cabinet will be supporting the sink.

Can we use this method in the link below to install undermount sink to concrete top? Is it secure compared to putting on top of cabinet as support?
Installing undermount

KC installer should be able to do this way?

Thanks for the feedback. So since im planning to do concrete kitchen top with tiles, i guess the sink need to be sandwich between concrete. And replacing a new sink in future would meant that i need to hack that sink surrounding right?

got 4 types.

1. Fixed. totally cannot move or swivel.

2.Fixed with swivel. can turn left & right.

3.Flexible, can bend up or down but not extend.

4.Pull Out Tap. can pull longer to reach further and has spring mechanism to pull the tap back to it's original length.

I prefer Flexible over Pull Out (the one you see in restaurant kitchens). Pull Out may be nice but food, oil etc can get stuck between the spring thing and will require more efforts to clean.

wow. but if granite or quartz you dare cut yourself?

btw is relocating sink (not including install & cut) worth rm300?

i think it's just some plastic pipe & trap right?

undermount less chance water flow out to table top. but slightly harder to clean the edges.

top mount, everytime wash hands water will flow out to tabletop so need to wipe. anything on the edge you have to wipe because if you try to use water they will flow to the tabletop instead of into the sink.

tap, depends where you water outlet is.

if from below tabletop no choice have to top mount.

if from above table top then have to wall mount.
