Can we use this method in the link below to install undermount sink to concrete top? Is it secure compared to putting on top of cabinet as support?

Thanks for the feedback. So since im planning to do concrete kitchen top with tiles, i guess the sink need to be sandwich between concrete. And replacing a new sink in future would meant that i need to hack that sink surrounding right?
