It is far because the road is not in proper usage now ( if from KK / KU to BR ) but it can be accessible if you using the way from KK toll ( the Chimes site was around 5km from KK toll )

And yes, Chimes must hold.

Been to the balloting, they only offer 118 units. Kind of felt being cheated by IJM by trying to hide the price, available units for ballot. Total plan with 500+ units, 50% for bumi, so leftover for ballot, but only 118 units, thus the management and friends of IJM should have grabbed more then 50% non-bumi units even before the ballot. Waste of time and effort. IJM uses this as a big marketing hype only!

Ya.. I was there today... I feel that being cheated from IJM.. Lousy balloting arrangement ! It's not fair for publics like us... Total 500++ units and only open 115 units ... Some more the MC girl was mention have about 400+ units for Ballot! Ishhhh....
When we went argue with then MC , she say " we not paksa u come" ... OMG... It's shouldn't come out from her mouth! It's ridicules !

this is one reason for prices going up for no apparent reason.
% for bumis, % for staff, % for vvip customers - probably all with some or hefty discounts.
the rest, the common buyers fight for it.
if it goes all, all make a profit.
if it does not, the privileged lose less, the rest bear the brunt.

Bumi quota policy shd be abolished, nowadays most Bumi dun want to buy leasehold property anymore, they know they can't find buyer in sub sale mkt. especially those majority Chinese area.
Or else the new ruling shd be like this, allocate 50% for Bumi, if Bumi quota can be fulfilled, then remaining units sell it to non-Bumi immediately.
This country cannot progress with such ruling.

Special thanks to IJM land,...first they tricked us with 118 units and there after drew extra 50 people who must have been thinking idiots to be lucky to get any units in case the barely few from the 118 didn't qualify for it. And to top..a massive stall at the car park nearly resulting blows near car park.
