Absolutely right. If own stay, better to have good neighbourhood that actively participate in any issue face by resident instead of this FH LH debate.

Really feel in love with Robin C1 but it is individual and there is camping sites for residents.

Afraid this camping sites later become kebun. Can this happen since it is individual title and it is common area? Or there is set of rules that resident need to follow? Of course it is not as intensive as strata.

As you say without strata act behind, it will boil down to the committee willpower only. I refer you to Alam Impian, all individual titles there but every phase is fenced up by willpower of the residence coupled by guidance by InP also la. But if someone planted sayur at the playground and it’s an eyesore, can committee do something? Let’s put it like that, nowadays news spread very fast through residence’s app, example your taman use telegram, if someone raise an issue at telegram, usually pressure is very fast created towards that issue, so even without strata act backing I think more importantly is everyone be proactive in managing the community

Park everywhere, got land go and start tanam own sayur like their compound, then when people highlight in group start picking up fight.

Just hope there is no such neighbour in your taman. Some people can be super stubborn.

This is the worst part

And i have seen some even build a shed to part their cars with concrete floor on the grass outside/next/opposite their house.

Some also chop down the tree and make a concrete floor so they can park another car.

I also realize that some dont like to park car in their car porch, so they get more space to hang their laundry.

Backyard? No more backyard because extend to maximum.

I currently live in individual title home and knows all this nonsense abt this. Already 3 years planning for gated n guarded but cannot achieve due to no support from residence.

So a bit sceptical abt individual title home not to mentioned those funny2 facade later on.

Maybe first 5 to 10 years everthing is OK but once child grow up and time to own a car can see the road will become narrow.

My current neighbour. 3 cars, never renovate. 1 inside, 2 go and park everywhere like nobody business.

IJM have strata titled homes up and coming right?
Best thing for individual title is before handover, already have some leaders in the group planning for fenced and guarded.

If possible just go for strata, desa park city is well maintained for a reason

Yes, hope they will do robin c1 type as strata and that will be a killer.

Some strata allow for back and side extension but not front facade. This will be double killer.

What's the going price of houses in Chimes? Some agents said that the price is 700K but, a couple of agents said that they have transacted before CNY at 750K. Such a big difference, not sure who is right. Is there a way to check for sure?

it waas lingering below slightly below 700k right?
seems gradually pick up now= good sign definately.

it seems the least sought after among the IJM project ? suppose many are investor and have not properly maintain the last few years with many units rented out too.

but PSF wise, it is cheaper than the recent/new launches right?

My current house haha, they plant tanam sayur, somemore dig own sewer water system.
City council come clear all, they did again.
Then city council send warning letter to every house at that vicinity.

Now no more Taman Sayur but they like to throw things under the tree, iclean got come and clear but still it became habit, all the big items they just come and throw under the tree.

Now I also going to lodge a report to city council, there's a truck driver park beside my house. Park is one issue, another is he always throw his food and bottle after he comes down.
