after flash, wipe the data,cache in recovery and try restart back the phone, sometimes it help smile.gif

jvk pit file should use 803 or 513 too?

513 for asia countries. 803/512. but i guess it's 512

i suggest you to flash back from eclair, if any problem, we still can fix it,
gingerbread still lack of support, so better play safe then sorry blush.gif

wow lucky...it works..lol....can i use titanium backup or clockwork mod from speedmod to recover back my data?

if u have did a backup before using titanium or nandroid (im not sure if nandroid restores both apps+data or not)

yes, you need to have root first, try here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1010141
then, restore back your apps but do not restore system apps icon_rolleyes.gif

The rom is awesome, everything is smooth as baby skin. Now i missed speedmod features... hope samsung will release source soon so hardcore will release kernel for ginger!!

Seems that JVK is still beta 2.3.x for SGS, not the final release from Samsung. I spied the tweets below..

Flashed to simply ROM. Like the theme and icon. But I don't like the swype KB. Look so ugly. Is there anyway to restore to original Samsung Swype?
