you got your point, coz nobody test the "maybe dangerous" battery, so really need to verify and clarify the safety of the extended battery

Since no one could provide that info, I rooted my phone and checked the Mugen 1300mAh battery. It is also a big LIE. it is 1230mAh and not 1300.

I bet that the 1500 is also the same regardless of statements of lasting longer. That would depend on many factors.

actually battery drainage issue is still ok for me as i've always got my usb cable with me and a car charger while im on the go ...
but the sound its preety bad ...volume too low and sound quality like burst speaker. Is it besause of the SRS effect?
Anyway to turn it off ?

i guess this issues had been discussed everyday. 
1) Yes, Stock DHD (out of the box) got an issue with speaker volume soft. if you want to solve it, either root and flash custom rom OR upgrade new FOTA which increased volume, performance and battery life which had been reported by some users here.. but for your info, once you upgrade FOTA, your phone will not have a root privilage which means you cannot flash custom ROM..

2) Yes, Stock DHD (out of the box) got an issue with battery drained quite fast. And how to solve this..? solutions like answer no.1.. you also can perform battery calibration first for your DHD..

it's up to you whether you want to root your phone or remain stock. it's your desire.. 

like soonlee33 posted above, it's either update FOTA (Firmware Over The Air) or root phone and flash custom ROM..

but what you need to know, if you choose to update FOTA, you're unable to root your phone yet because new update build didn't have root privilage yet..

ohh...i guess i cant flash to custom rom now...few days ago i've update the FOTA...
so i'll better stick with the stock rom ...but i think no difference la ..volume still soft and sound quality like burst speaker...
