Sifu sifu got a problem here

I delete all my google contacts from my phone (to test out the auto sync back function , the contacts still exist in google account (good ) when I check via computer website, how can I "sync" it back ? I try sync manually also cannot geh , i turn on wifi, background date, and auto sync ady

Go to "Settings". Select "Applications".
Select "Manage Applications".
Scroll down to "Contacts Storage"
Click on "Clear Data"

HTC Releases maybe suck & buggy, though it may depend, are you on stock ROM? Can you provide feedback about audio, render animation performance, speed, etc?

My DHD no pouch, casing, screen protector, nothing at all, the only time I feel smooth in scrolling is when my hand stop sweating (especially when I ready go to bed )

hmm, thinking about Gingerbread vs Froyo, actually I see not much difference between them:


Gingerbread with Sense --> cool app drawer animation, suck scrolling app list , maybe smoother, what else?

Pure Gingerbread --> cool app drawer animation, clean, lite version, smaller size, no music effect like DOLBY&SRS

Froyo with Sense --> not so cool app drawer animation, large in size, app drawer animation could be changed with app like LauncherPro, custom ROM lauancer (in LeeDroid 2.2.2, there is a Gingerbreak like app drawer animation), rich with widgets like People (link with Facebook with HTC Sense), Weather, etc.

Froyo without Sense --> almost same as above, except Sense widget like People link to Facebook with HTC Sense cannot be used (no no no i love that )

In summary, I still prefer Froyo with Sense , though the size big a bit, but it's adequate in DHD, consider the phone memory is enough to cater that

For battery life, all versions running good as long a custom ROM is used

One question here sifu sifu, ARHD 3.2 without Sense, how many space occupy? People widget wth link to Facebook with HTC Sense still exist?

Coz from MIKE post, HTC Widget REMOVED, Facebook with HTC Sense KEPT, this is confusing

no matter how good the ROM, turn on 50% brightness is like , once you unlock the screen, your DHD is power sucker

hmm i found a problem with sound mute from LeeDroid 2.2.2 kernel 2.2.8, when after turn some effects like DOLBY/SRS on HTC Music app and if you swith to gallery, sound will gone, and I notice an incoming call with sound mute too, though not sure what's the reason
