The spacebar is crap? In what way. I've heard breakdowns of the BWU, but never that the spacebar is bad.

Can someone suggest me a mechanical keyboard that can be bought locally with backlight (apart from Black Widow Ultimate)? smile.gif

hello, bro clawhammer, currently for now, there aren't any keyboard with backlight available.

Ducky has released a Full backlight keyboard that are still not yet available to the public yet.

If you seriously wanted to have a Keyboard with Backlight for now, you can do it with modding way. adding LED to each switch, althou that requires alot of works in modding. and new sets of key.

But i plan to do that after clickclack from geekhack release ice keycap, and i plan to buy 104 full set and mod the switch myself at that time =X

I'm actually also looking for a full-backlit keyboard other than BWU.

iirc, storm mentioned to wait till mid-June for some new Duckies.
But I'm not sure whether it includes the backlit ones or not.

Yes, mine is quite hard to press. I think the mechanism inside or spring isn't working that well anymore and it's only around 6 months old sad.gif

Thanks boss but I really love the backlight feature smile.gif Modding will take too much of work and I really don't want to spend time on that unless someone can do it for me. The best is, originally with backlight biggrin.gif

would you guys be interested on keycaps that glows in dark? MOQ should be 50. asking for people that interested.

this provides a good alternative for LED =X

i don't like the taobao item. those semi transparent that still leaves a few plastic line and makes it not transparent. well, atleast i'm not fond of them.

Your keycaps looked pretty used up, moving anytime soon to KBC PBTs?
Are those switches from storm88?, nevermind, it is indeed from Storm

Interesting. Did you try taking the spacebar out? And see if there is something stuck underneath? Happened to me once, I put it in my bag and the stabilizer somehow dropped off. I kept pressing the spacebar and not registering properly. Took it apart then saw that it fell off. Put it back, the good as new.

Stratos. Lemme try when I go back home. lol.
