Arsenal is weak currently, we hav the FORM with some Academy boys and the pair of Suarez + Carroll
I really love the commitment of the team spirit, esp Suarez nvm MU can hav the number 19, we will beat Arsenal , we actually touch the "number 19" earlier this season already |

Thompson: Enrique set for Reds
April 11, 2011 Email Print By ESPNsoccernet staff Liverpool legend Phil Thompson believes Newcastle left-back Jose Enrique has already agreed a move to Anfield. PA Photos Jose Enrique has been linked with a number of top European clubs in recent times • Enrique flattered by Reds interest Enrique, 25, has been one of Newcastle's most impressive performers over the last two seasons and he is said to be rated at around £15 million. Thompson, who won three European Cups as a Reds player and has acted as the club's assistant manager, told TV2: "From what I've heard, yes, the deal has been done and he will come to Liverpool. It'll be interesting because he's done very well. "He had a difficult first season coming into the Premiership a couple of years ago but he really understands the game now. "He's one of those full-backs who is good going forward but he's also a good defender and I think that is the main thing." Enrique signed a five-year deal when he joined Newcastle from Villarreal in 2007. |

QUOTE(leftist @ Apr 12 2011, 10:59 AM) 15mil for a proven, consistent performer for the past 2 seasons in english leagues over 20mil for a rated-but-yet-to-be-proven player, i'll take the safer route. and jose enrique did provide the width and the crosses for carroll while he's with Newcastle, so the chemistry between them is already there. that in itself is already an added bonus for signing him. |
