so, to be safe, just pump from island/kiosk pumps. transacting at service station as your own risk (unverified).

just personally handed the docs at Affin branch. to be processed from next week onwards.

also asked about affinonline. they will provide either a "voucher" or thru ATM to generate the temp pin to temporary create affinonline acct.

the only petronas station that allow to reload tng/petronas gift card using cc, it has 1% surcharge. so, effective cb will not be 8%, but just slightly over 7.xx% since the surcharge is charged into the cc as well. e.g. reload RM100, surcharge RM1 @ 1%, charged RM101 to credit card.

yesterday called CS, no application status. they'll double-check with the branch where i submitted the form

I got called but from the branch I submitted the forms.

earlier I called cs, still no info. they contacted branch for status. branch mentioned under processing but cc Dept.

told him not efficient because cc Dept should have my application records without checking branch instead.

yours is better at least they start to look at the application.

sometimes they call your office number. sometimes they do site-visit. probably for them to upsell you other products while verifying your office

yesterday called 931am, no status in system. screwed them kawkaw.

10am+, they called me back. application only appeared in the system at 933am wth

status not changed; was still in process.

lazy to track them. bonus if gotten the card, no harm if not.

my weekly ritual calling up Affin CS, finally a different answer.

card was approved on 11 July, but will take up to 14 days delivery.

as of now, no news of the physical card. if by this week no news, need to call again for replacement. ZZzzzzz...
