I have sent the sms for application before but there was no response to that. Did you apply through AffinOnline first? And then they contacted you with whatsapp/email after?

since no start/end date, assume it's continuous feature. they didnt state it as "Campaign" anymore. whole T&C is "AFFINBANK BHPetrol ‘Touch & Fuel’ Mastercard Cash Back Terms and Conditions"

af waiver condition is 12 swipes = 12 spendings anywhere any amount, not necessary just spend at bhp. of course best is just swipe/use at bhp to maximize it.

From 1st of May,2020 onwards, the Cash back for petrol usage at BHPetrol Stations is one of the permanent feature for AFFINBANK BHPetrol Mastercard.

I've got a call from CS regarding Affin BHP, apparently they have not yet received a memo of the promotion period for 10% cashback so it might not be permanent? Unless CS was wrong lol.

Anyways, there is a promo for applying the card during MCO period as I was told.
1) Free 3 year annual fee waiver
2) 10000 pts into some reward program
3) Spend RM300, rebate RM30 (within a certain time frame)

Quick question, if I apply and received the card but do not activate it, No SST charge will be done until I activate it right? Plus the next SST charge in the following year will be around the time I activated the card and not when I received it correct? Example, received card May 2020, activated June 2020 (ST Charge), Next ST charge will be on June 2021 and not May 2021.

Activation or not, you already have the credit card account under your name.

To earn 1600 points, you need to pump 800 litre of RON 95.
The higher pump price, the more you have to for for 800 litres.

RM 20 give 16 litres of RON 95.
If pump price goes up, you'll be getting lesser for the same redemption rate.

I suppose they removed the RM20 petrol credit which they used to give with the Affin BHP when you have it approved, this would have been more useful to me. I have not decided to apply for this card as of yet. I don't think I will end up spending RM300 on petrol in 45 days, even if there wasn't an MCO... :/

Few days ago, I called and inquiry whether can re-active back my Affin BHPetrol 'Touch & Fuel' MasterCard, would it be possible??
And the answer from officer is not possible, unable to do so.

Therefore, I must walk in branch and apply again. The one I went; their action was slowness.

Just asking, is the branch that you went and applied was fast enough?? If same, then no choice and back to my area of branch then

mine was "contactless" application

staff contacted me cuz their branch closed for MCO. then reminded me to go to other branch for banking business.

also, she said i applied their VS before (but i didnt complete the VS application because bhp card was terminated before VS got approved). then she asked if i was still interested to reapply again now (including bhp card too).

then she sent over the application form PDF, and i sent over the form and via email and capture the NRIC photo via whatsapp to her.

submission was 15 Apr, approval was about 28 Apr (if not mistaken). i only gotten the card today because delay in delivery and 2 days ago poslaju sent to nearest branch for pickup

This is awesome for contactless application; I was hoping to do like this.
Mine previous application took me approximately one month to get approval and another 2 weeks for card delivery.

Are you priority banking with them, that's why you got contactless application ??
Would she be able to help for other application too?

try contact your local branch, perhaps they also support contactless application too, considering the current situation at hand.

p/s: definitely not qualify for PB. just few FDs anyway.
