QUOTE(Str33tBoY @ Mar 22 2011, 10:46 PM) When I read the reviews most people say not much difference. Just that it's a good investment for FX later. But for me FX is still far far away So save money for other stuff |

I think it's around 200-300 difference. I know 35mm f2 better but i'm happy with just 35mm f1.8
One thing I notice is when I use manual focus, it doesn't stop at the max/min focus point and I can continue to turn the focus ring (just that it's a bit harder to turn). Other 35mm f1.8 owner please clarify whether it's normal or not What's CA issue? |

QUOTE(celciuz @ Mar 22 2011, 08:21 PM) NEF -> TIFF -> Photoshop -> JPEG is better than NEF -> Photoshop -> JPEG? Even with the extra step? that is photoChop liao Well, photoshop is almost certainly require if you're talking about portraiture. Probably for landscaping and the rest you don't need it as much. But I'm still aiming at something like what my friend does for his wedding jobs, (very far away from it Examples done by my friend, » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « He did demonstrated to me how he did those and it was quite a lot of steps involving layers and layers. Dodging, burning, textures, masking etc. like this? » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « i was flammed "psyco" before because manually erase the joints line .
