probably your injector injecting too less petrol, hence when high RPM it can't provide enough petrol into the combustion chamber. culprits could be:
1. injector
2. fuel regulator
3. fuel filter
4. fuel pump

or maybe your ECU sot-sot already. try clear off the ECU memory by take out the battery negative terminal for few minutes.

I also dunno how to check if it got problem. tongue.gif
Your filter already 2 years so better change it, I changed mine last time the colour come out like coffee.. at the same time you can ask your foreman if he can check injector and fuel regulator got problem or not.

1. Not drive shaft sound? Maybe the disc come into contact with disc cover at the back.

2. Probably worn out dog bone / rubber bushing. Last time mine the foreman didn't tighten the dog bone properly then also come out funny sound, after tighten properly no more sound.

The sound repeatedly when your car moving to the left or once only? To try, when stationary move your steering about 30 degrees to left and right repeatedly, if got sound means got problem. I dunno is it steering rack or just the bushing problem.

@nelsonlye
your MAF sensor is situated much more to the front. surely that will affect the air reading. yours don't have exhaust sensor right? need to do wideband reading to know if effect the AFR.
